This is a ROCKBROS frame bag. I tried attaching it once, but it didn't match my image, so I haven't used it since. There are no stains or tears. It's approximately 23 cm wide, 10 cm high, and 4 cm deep. I was able to easily fit my smartphone, coin purse, and key case.
