Goofy and Max figure straps purchased at Tokyo Disneyland a few years ago. (Toontown costumes) The dirt on the gray ground part is intentionally added as part of the design and is not due to aging. They were displayed in my room after being taken out of the case, so the case and straps are missing, and the metal fittings have slightly discolored. Also, they had a little dust on them, so I wiped them with a wet wipe, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. *Stored in an environment without pets or smokers.
