Unopened, but set 40564 has a small dent on the top of the box (see photo 7). I have been collecting LEGO for about 30 years, and I am selling these to organize my collection. They have been stored in a closet (LEGO room) at home, so there is no noticeable fading or soiling on the boxes. I do not smoke, and I do not have any pets.
