The cards have been stored in a card holder in a dark place (inside a bookshelf) for over 25 years since they were purchased, with no special storage methods. I believe they are in relatively good condition. However, as they are cards from over 25 years ago, there may be some damage due to aging. Please understand the above before considering a purchase.
