Recommended for those who want to upgrade their current bass! 『Assembly Introduction』 【Pots】 Entry-level bass guitars often have pots with metric specifications for the plate holes. I considered CTS pots, which are famous for their quality, but CTS pots are inch-spec and not compatible. Therefore, I chose Alpha pots, which are metric-spec and of good quality. They are 250kΩ, a good match for bass guitars. You can install them directly on your existing plate. This time, I made them with full-size pots. The push-pull pot is ALPHA brand, 250kΩ. 【Jack】 The jack is made in Japan. The quality is quite good, and I feel it's not much different from Switchcraft. 【Wiring】 The wiring uses cross wire, which is also used in Fender and other high-end guitars. It has a good stiffness and is durable. ※Cross wire will be either skin color or yellow. It is basically made with skin color, but it may be yellow. Please understand that there is no change in function. 【Capacitor】 The capacitor is the classic good-quality Orange Drop. Specs → 200v 0.047uf Even when the tone is applied, it doesn't sound muddy, and the sound has a clear core. As described above, we have created this with a focus on quality. All parts are new. All pots have noise reduction grounding, so there is very little noise. Please feel free to upgrade. 【What is Series Wiring?】 By pulling the TONE pot, you can get a humbucker sound. In addition to front, rear, and mix, the sound will increase to four, including humbucker, which is very convenient. Please refer to photos 3 and 4 for pickup wiring methods and pot dimensions.
