This item includes the overseas package illustration, the warning text on the cassette back, and an English/Chinese instruction manual, but is marked "Made in Japan" (likely sold in Asian regions excluding Japan and Korea). The two instruction manuals are in very poor condition. The outer case also shows some wear. It will work on a Japanese Mega Drive console. I have not tested the item for functionality prior to listing, but it has worked without problems in the past.
