I've repeatedly contacted the website to cancel my subscription, stating "Please cancel my subscription and do not send any more products" because I couldn't remember my address or password. However, they still sent the product. They sent the product and charged me, claiming that I hadn't completed the cancellation process by phone. The phone support was also rude, which was very unpleasant. I regret having purchased this. I won't be using it, so I'll give it to someone who wants it.
