This is a sheer cut-and-sew top from VIS. The fabric has glitter in it, making it a gorgeous and cute design. The tag has been cut off, but it has only been tried on once indoors. It's recommended as an inner layer for camisole dresses, etc. Please feel free to ask any questions in the comments.
