This is a silver star buckle. I believe this brand is no longer in production. It's a 4-piece type designed for 1-inch belts. It's quite luxurious with a silver and 10k overlay. The buckle size is 5cm x 6cm, the belt tip is 3.2cm, and the loop is 2cm, all approximate measurements. There are some minor scratches, but it shouldn't affect use.
