This is a genuine tin sake warmer (chiro) from Matsu, Take, Ume. There may be minor scratches that are hard to see, but the item has been well-maintained and is in beautiful condition, ready for immediate use. There is no box. Although unused, there is some slight soiling on the handle. It should come off with polishing.
