It's likely not working. The eyes open when the right hand is raised. It used to make bubbles while ringing a bell in its left hand, but the bell is broken, as shown in the photos. There is overall dirt and rust. The seam between the trousers and shoes is loose. The hands are not made of tin; the material is unknown, but they show signs of deterioration.
