As shown in the photo, there is cloudiness and what appears to be scratches within the stone. The surface is clean. The stone size is approximately 9mm x 7mm, with a thickness of 2mm. When light is shone on it, the transparent stones (possibly cubic zirconia) arranged around the central stone sparkle beautifully. There is some soiling due to being stored at home.
