This is a rear carrier for a Class 27 bicycle made by Showa Industries. The color is black. When installing it, I realized I had ordered the wrong one, so there is some paint chipping around the bolt holes. Otherwise, I don't think there are any noticeable scratches, scuffs, or paint chips. Everything in the photos is included; it didn't originally come with a dedicated box. Please understand that this is a used item. No claims and no returns, please.
