Purchased about 5 years ago. Operation has been confirmed, but the battery is low, so operating time is about 5 minutes. The current battery is not a genuine product. I disassembled and cleaned the parts that could be disassembled, but there are still some stains and scratches that couldn't be removed. The head, in particular, is damaged, and feathers from a down comforter have gotten inside (Photos 4 & 5). The brush also has a part of the rubber missing (Photo 3). The top of the dust box is also damaged (Photo 6). The other tools haven't been used much, so they are relatively clean. Overall, there is considerable wear and tear, so please purchase only if you understand this.
