It's reversible, very warm, and cute. The hood is also removable. One button is missing, but it can still be fastened with the other button, so it's usable (see photo 5). There are some pills and marks from name stickers (see photo 6). Regarding the size, there's no tag, so I don't know the exact centimeters. My child wore it from around age 2.
