This is a LOCABO black rice cooker. I purchased it new and stored it without using it. The only missing accessory is the rice scoop. Also, it was taken out of its original bag and placed in the box, so the bag is not the original one. The instruction manual has some stains (see photo 6). I opened it to check if it powers on, but it has not been used. The outer box has some damage, such as scratches and marks from removing shipping labels, due to moving. I am selling it at a low price, so please understand the above points before purchasing.
