The part that touches the skin is 100% silk, and the outer layer is cotton. They are also made with polyurethane for stretch. Suitable for those with sensitive skin. Although they are silk, they are thin and warm, and won't show under your outerwear. Flat measurement: 30 cm long, 25 cm wide. Comfortable to wear while sleeping.
