Thank you for viewing. This is an empty shochu bottle (ceramic) manufactured around 1975 by the long-established "Masaharu Shuzo Goshi Kaisha" in Saito City, Miyazaki Prefecture. The bottle has the calligraphy "Nihon no Furusato Saitobaru" (Japan's Hometown Saitobaru) on the front and "Masaharu Shuzo" printed on the back, making it a very tasteful piece that retains the atmosphere of the time. It has a beautiful finish with green glaze dripping on an ivory base, and the cap is made of natural cork.
