This is a shoulder strap by Ed Robert Judson. It can turn shopping bags or eco-bags into shoulder bags. It's simple, but the clasp has a spring and it's a well-made item. The leather has a very nice texture and is still usable, but please consider it a used item. Note: I have added three extra belt holes with a punch.
