This is a cylindrical container from Delft, Netherlands, dating from the 17th to 18th centuries. This shape, with a constricted neck below the mouth, is called an albarello. As the image shows, there is considerable flaking of the glaze on the rim, so please be aware of this. There is one repair where a crack has been stopped. It is a large size.
