It has been used, so there is some wear and tear, and there is one vertical tear. I have taken a picture of it. It's located under the front obi pattern. It probably wouldn't be noticeable if repaired, but I'm listing it as having some scratches and stains. I often see hikinuki knots with antique obis, and although I haven't used it myself, it seems like an easy-to-tie and stylish obi. This is an old obi that has been stored at home.
