Please refrain from price negotiations. While I don't see any particular stains, there is some melting on the stand. A single flower had fallen off, so the hair ornament may have deteriorated. I haven't handled it much and have left it as is, so it will be sold as is. Please understand that the inspection only covers stains and dirt.
