This Shohei Ohtani bobblehead was a non-sale item given to the first 40,000 attendees at the Los Angeles Dodgers stadium on August 25th. It is unused, having only been checked to confirm the contents of the box. The item in the photo is my own. This figure, like Ohtani himself, also features Decopin as a bobblehead.
