This is a school bag (randoseru) made in collaboration between BEAMS and Ohba Seihou. Ohba Seihou is a manufacturer of leather products, including school bags used by the Imperial Family, and they are known for their durable construction. I pre-ordered and purchased this at BEAMS for around 70,000 yen. The color is Cherry, a shade of red with a slight pink tint. My daughter used this, but she switched to using a backpack for school when she entered her second year of elementary school, so I am selling it. Please understand that there is a year's worth of use. We do not use scented fabric softener, and we are a non-smoking household, so I believe those concerned about odors can be assured.
