Used from 1 month old, and although I can't say for sure if it was thanks to this cushion, my baby slept through the night. I am selling it because I purchased a baby bed as my baby grew. Home cleaned, but it is a used item. There are frays and such on the mesh back overall. I don't think there are any noticeable stains, but this is a personal inspection.
