These are small envelopes (pouch bags) made using design paper. These are being sold at a discounted price because the glue from the tape used to assemble them has slightly seeped out. While the seams may feel a bit sticky, the bags are not stuck shut and can still be opened. The top row in photo 1 has 3 sheets each of 10 different designs, and the bottom row has 2 sheets each of 10 different designs, totaling 50 sheets. Some perfectly made envelopes are included to reach the total of 50 sheets. The tops are designed to be cut straight, so you can fold them to fit the contents.
