I purchased this about a year ago (I am the second owner) and wore it once at an outdoor event. After that, I home-cleaned it and have stored it in a dark place. There are some minor frays on the skirt and slight stains on the collar. I don't think they'll be noticeable in photos, but it's not new. Also, the shirt has fold wrinkles, but these should be fine if you iron them. Manufacturer unknown. The size is a snug fit or a little small for someone who is 162cm tall and of average build. As shown in the fourth photo, the hat, suspenders, and chest ribbon are included. I plan to put it in a waterproof bag and then ship it in a small cardboard box or a thick bag.
