This is an Innowave coat. The color is beautiful, and I bought it, but I've only worn it twice for a short time, so it's in excellent condition. The size is listed as M, but I think it's a bit large. The width is 55cm, the sleeve length is 50cm, and the length is about 94cm. It has pockets on both sides.
