This is a commemorative item from the adult ceremony held in Taito-ku, Tokyo in 1962. I received it from my uncle a few years ago, but I'm selling it because I haven't had a chance to use it. It's from 1962, so it's very old, but it's in good condition with no rust. There are some cracks in the paint of the dove illustration. Please check the photos. Large and small can openers are stored inside; I don't know how well they cut, but they don't appear to have been used. I imagine canned food was the mainstream at the time. It's made in Japan. In photos 7 and 8, when you lower the knob in the center of the ring, the ring rotates, and the cut in the ring appears. When it fits into the groove, the ring does not rotate and is fixed. I believe this is a very valuable item from 63 years ago. Thank you.
