There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but there are some minor scratches. There are also slight, very small stains (see photo 7). The edge of the tissue is slightly bent (see photo 6). When cleaning with a melamine sponge, the color on the side of the remote control faded slightly (see photo 8). Operation has been confirmed. Batteries will be removed before shipping. The item has been disinfected with a disinfectant wipe before listing. All accessories are included. The box is also included, but there are some tears and creases on the top (see photo 5). Please note that the shipping label will be affixed directly to the box for shipping.
