This is a komon pattern of kata-yuzen dyeing from the mid-Showa era. The fabric is genuine silk, but being old, there are tears, fraying, stains, and abrasions. Please examine the images closely. The fabric is quite weakened. I try to capture the colors as closely as possible to the actual item, but please forgive any differences in color from the real thing.
