It has mostly been stored in a warehouse. There is some rust on the metal parts. There are stains that cannot be removed. The roller part that holds the mop is discolored. Please understand that this is a used item, and those who are concerned or seek perfection should refrain from purchasing. Although we have inspected the item, there may be oversights or areas that are not fully captured in the photos. Also, although it has been cleaned, there may be small scratches or stains remaining due to it being a used item. Please purchase after you are satisfied with the condition and operation of the product.
