You can wear it as is. The fabric has the firmness and crispness characteristic of Oshima Tsumugi. Judging from the condition of the lining at the hem, it is likely that the kimono was either unused or carefully preserved. We recommend wearing a petticoat to protect the fabric. It has a floral motif that gives a traditional feel. The navy blue plain parts are especially beautiful, and the intricate weaving of blue and navy is breathtaking. The silk has a beautiful luster.
