It explains things in an easy-to-understand manga format. If you're starting to study for the Class 4 Hazardous Materials Handling Technician exam from scratch, I recommend reading this first, and then starting your serious study. Not every page is a manga. The cover is secured with cellophane tape. *As shown in the last photo, the edge of page 289 is slightly torn.
