This is a helpful symptom-based concept map BOOK for nursing practicum. I got rid of all my textbooks when I decluttered, but I couldn't bear to part with this one because it helped me countless times during my nursing practicum and I was fond of it. Concept maps are a stumbling block when it comes to recording during practicum. It covers symptoms often seen in patients, so it's useful in any clinical setting. Also, it includes observation items and care plans, and it's A4 size with a total of 35 pages, so it doesn't take up much space and can be easily put in your practicum bag, which is also a recommended point. It's been 8 years since I started working, and it shows signs of aging because I used it during my student days. Photo 1: The printing is slightly faded due to friction. Photo 2: Stain on the left side of the table of contents. There are no obvious stains on the concept map pages from Photo 3 onwards. There are no writings or highlighting.
