This item was purchased in Ueno for around 10,000 yen. The decorative string-like embellishment/inlay? is not the original one and was chosen separately, so it's not fixed and can be easily removed. I believe the fabric is felt. Please refer to the images for the size, as it's measured by an amateur. As you can see in the images, there are some scratches, so please take a look.
