We would appreciate it if you could understand the following points beforehand. -------------------- ① About Products We ask that you purchase from the minimum number of sheets for each product. If the minimum purchase quantity is not met, we will accommodate you with an additional shipping and handling fee (500 yen). -------------------- ② About Colors, Printing, and Paper The actual colors may appear slightly different from the product images depending on your monitor or viewing environment. We use high-quality paper with a thickness, but there may be slight misalignments, streaks, and paper fibers (black dots) specific to the paper. We conduct inspections, but we hope you will understand this as a characteristic of handmade products. -------------------- ③ About Returns and Exchanges Due to the nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons after shipment (such as errors in order details, input errors in the description, etc.). Please confirm the details before placing your order. -------------------- ④ Confirmation After Product Arrival Upon receiving your order, please check the contents as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of any defects or damage, please contact us within 5 days of arrival. We will assess the situation and provide an exchange. -------------------- ⑥ Additional Orders/Recreation ・Before Shipment If you need to add guests, please contact us. If it's before shipment, we will accommodate you without any additional fees. ・After Shipment For additions after shipment, or if revisions are needed due to customer reasons, we will charge a recreation fee of 500 yen (including shipping).
