This is a Bizen-yaki lion figurine. I purchased it over 10 years ago from a Bizen-yaki specialty store in Omotecho Shopping Street, Okayama City. Inside the lion's head covering is Daikoku-sama, and it has a detailed design. The figure is charming, holding a fan and dancing on a rice bale with a peach mark, making it an auspicious item. I bought it at first sight, but I am selling it because it has become cramped due to moving.
