This is a KILLSTAR lace short-sleeved dress. The collar is velvet, which gives it an elegant and very cute look. I've worn it three times and have kept it in great condition because I loved it and took good care of it. The inner camisole is long enough to cover your bottom, so you can wear it with confidence. The lace dress and the inner layer are not attached, so you can wear them separately, but the dress is see-through on its own, so the inner layer is a must.
