The photos were taken with the strap shortened. I received this at the time of purchasing boots at Xebio and used it to get home. After that, I stored it at home without using it. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please consider purchasing with the understanding that there may be minor scratches or scuffs. There is no name tag. Also, when shipping, I will try not to fold the insoles, but I will fold the outer bag to fit into a B4-size envelope for shipping, so please be sure to agree to this before purchasing.
