I've used it for about two years, and it seems to be in good condition with no particular issues. I had it re-cabled, so the original cable is new. Regarding the included ear tips, there are no size M tips, so please prepare them if you need them. Everything in the photos is included. Please check and consider. Also, I will remove the ear tips currently attached. The onso cable is not included.
