This is a training device for practicing climbing anchor points. It consists of a sturdy 15mm plywood board with a PETZL steel anchor set in place. Practicing anchor points is difficult without access to facilities, but this allows you to practice at home in a way that closely resembles the real thing. It's perfect for practicing creating anchor points, lowering down, and building multi-pitch anchors. Practicing these fundamental actions regularly will be very helpful at actual crags. The device comes with a sturdy board and a 6mm power rope, allowing you to practice while hanging in a safe location. However, do not apply any impact.
