Operation confirmed. This is a clock approximately 30cm tall. When plugged in, the fiber optic colors change and rotate while lighting up. The clock takes one AA battery, which is accessed by removing the bottom cover. The time setting dial is also located near the battery. The top cover simply rests on top and doesn't snap in securely. This is a used item from the Showa era, so there are scratches throughout. The cord also shows color degradation and twisting.
