This is a rubber brush from Doggy Man. I accidentally bought the wrong size and used it a few times, but the brush part was a bit too big for my small dog. It fits comfortably in the hand and is easy to hold. I washed it quickly, and it's in good condition with no noticeable scratches or stains, but since it has been used a few times, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
