It's quite long, so it will be a true maxi even for tall people. The waist is fully elastic. Flat measurement: 34cm. The elastic doesn't stretch much... It might be difficult to put on if you have large hips. No lining. The rayon material feels very soft against the skin, and I don't think it will feel scratchy even without a lining. It has a knit-like texture and fits the body. In photo 2, the hip line is visible even on the mannequin, so the lines of the stomach and hips will likely be quite prominent on a person.
