This is a rare, 100% silk Carre Geant, sold only to Hermes customers. I purchased it by order at the Hermes boutique in Takashimaya Namba. I have cherished it, so there is no major damage, but there is a faint stain and thread pull on the edge of the upper left circus pattern, and a small stain near the left leg of the figure on the lower right of the winter sports snow mountain pattern (see images). This is a large size, and as it is a vintage item, I have inspected it myself, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. There is a storage odor. This item was made as a limited trial before the current Carre Geant was released. It is a patchwork of the original Carre 70 designs "Circus," "Jockey," "Promenade in Paris," and "Winter Sports, Snow Mountain" with beautiful machine stitching. You can enjoy arranging it by folding it to reveal each Carre 70, making it a luxurious piece. It's a Geant with a powerful presence that won't be outdone by voluminous outerwear in the fall and winter. I am selling it from my collection to declutter.
