This folding parasol features a design of stripes and dots from Sur-le-mer. I bought it a few years ago. It's a folding umbrella. I've lost the cover. It has a refreshing blue stripe pattern with dot accents. The handle is bamboo. I don't think there are any noticeable stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a new item. Please purchase if you understand that this is a used item.
