As stated in my profile, I do not accept price negotiations. I have pets. I will take care when packaging, but there is a possibility of pet hair getting mixed in. If you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing. This is a re-listing because I was unable to contact the person who purchased it. I purchased this about two years ago. I used it daily for about six months, but after that, I didn't use it much and it was left in my room. My cat occasionally went inside, but it wasn't used often. There are claw marks on the step. Also, some of the paint on the fence is chipped. The fastener in photo 5 was loose from the time of purchase and would come off, but it didn't affect use (though it rattled when the cat climbed on it). I had purchased spare scratching posts, so I will include an unused spare when I ship it. The hammock was originally attached, but I didn't use it. It has been disassembled, and the instruction manual is included.
