Purchased in the US. It's labeled 6-9 months, but my 12-month-old could still wear it. I've washed it at home each time. I don't see any noticeable stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition. I will fold it up small for shipping, so please excuse any creases.
