This is an underlay (pencil board) from the movie "Yu Yu Hakusho: The Movie - Poltergeist Report - Bonds of Fire" merchandise. It has been unused and kept in its bag, but it's from about 30 years ago, so there might be some minor scratches from storage. It's not in perfect condition, so please understand this before purchasing. There are scratches on the bag, but I think the contents are fine.
